[Release] Sikandar's Icon Changer [Updated with built in ICONS!]

features:
changes icons smoothly....
has cool built in icons...
clean as in FUD - http://scanner.novirusthanks.org/index. ... 6632561027

but it shows in the scan report that it is possibly binded with malware because i made the dissembler LIB.dll as a resource file and it drops itself to the same folder of the icon changer when it is executed....but its 100% safe!!!...
the built in icons are also added as resource files and when they are being used....they'll be dropped in C:\windows\name.ico but will be deleted after the process
