As most of you know www.hay.am (http://www.hay.am) has a links section in 3 languages

Currently I am trying to develop a script and automate everything, the script will do the following:

Let anybody register as a user on hay.am
If you are a registered user, you can use your credits to login to any section of the website. Your login will become the nickname everywhere
If you are a webmaster of any site, you are allowed to add, edit or delete any information connected with your site from your control panel
How should I determine, whether you are the owner of the site? - You, as a site owner will be asked to upload a file, lets say hay6543216432164321654Aflahsd;f5487.html to your site's host. The file should be empty. Then when you say to the control panel that you have uploaded it, we verify it and then tell whether the process was OK or NO, if yes, that site is added to you LOGIN details
The next step I am preparing to do is create a counter with a detailed statistics for the webmasters.
I am currently developing the database structure for it and I will do my best to have it simply and detailed.Any more comments?
